Can I change my order after I have paid?

Unfortunately not, but here's how to get around that.

Unfortunately, our fulfillment system does not allow for modifications to orders once you've sent us your payment. However, we can still add items to the same shipment.

Here's how:

If you wish to add products to your order, two options are available:

Option 1:

You can place a new order with the desired items.

Option 2:

We can create a new order for you and send you an invoice reflecting the changes.

Please note: Any adjustments to your order may be subject to availability and pricing changes.

If you wish to exchange products in your order, one option is available:

Simply shoot us a message via live chat and we'll replace it for you if we haven't already shipped it.
